This new building sits amidst the trees on a gentle slope near the entry to Iona College as a new symbol and public gesture of welcome. The strong sculptural language of sinuous curves and angled planes is drawn from the shapes of musical instruments and the folded landscape of Te Mata Peak.

Jacob’s Ladder is a new sculpture by Gerry Judah for Gibbs Farm Sculpture Park, New Zealand. Gibbs Farm is a thousand-acre open-air sculpture park in Kaipara Harbour, near Auckland on the North Island of New Zealand. It features over thirty monumental sculptures from a roll-call of top international contemporary artists including Richard Serra, Anish Kapoor and Andy Goldsworthy.

Shopping Centre Investments Limited appointed The Buchan Group to provide design, documentation, building consenting, and construction monitoring for the project featuring a 6000 sqm anchor store, 70 specialty retail stores and a contemporary food court.
