Werner Julius March (1894 – 1976) was a German architect, son of Otto March, and brother of Walter March, both also well-known German architects. Otto March designed Germany’s 1916 Olympic stadium. Werner March was born in Charlottenburg and died in Berlin.

PTW Architects designed Moët & Chandon Marquee for Melbourne Cup Carnival in 2005. Again PTW used the latest digital technologies from concept to realisation of the design, to create a sparkling and surreal atmosphere in the name of “bubble-ism”.
The complex consists of a 15.200 sqm Velodrome and Rollerskating arena, an 11.500 sqm extreme sport Center, a 6.600 sqm Office building for the Game management of the Asian Games.
