New balcony design by X ARCHITEKTEN in historic Viennese district Wieden for an Austrian-Italian family. It complements the family’s living space with a small herb and vegetable garden as well as a dining table to enjoy mealtimes outside.

With the pilot housing project CJ5, Caramel Architects have completed a project which both maintains the qualities of the single-family house, with a generous garden and terrace on the living level, and attains a FAR of 1.0.

KCAP Architects&Planners, in collaboration with Baumschlager Hutter Partners and YEWO LANDSCAPES, has won the international urban design competition for the future development of the former shipyard area ‘Werftareal Korneuburg’, north-west of Vienna.
