We include new properties like the Hotel Natura, Rogla, design by architects Enota. This new Slovenian hotel building is one of the first points of contact for visitors to the Rogla sports and tourist resort. Built as the final addition to a group of hotels, it is the biggest visual departure from the previous interventions.
We also show the Cukrarna Gallery in Ljubljana designed by Scapelab. Cukrarna is a former sugar refinery, built in 1828.
During its’ two-hundred-year history, it was a sugar refinery, destroyed in a disastrous fire. Later the property became a tobacco factory, a textile factory, a military barracks, and a homeless shelter.
Finally, we feature the Ljubljana Railway Station Hall by SADAR+VUGA. The upgrade includes a new railway station hall, the reorganization of tracks with new covered platforms, refurbished and expanded underpassage. They early 20th century station is renovated and the new green plazas.

The city of Maribor, the second largest city in Slovenia is getting ready to become the European Capital of Culture in 2012. As part of the three catalyst projects to revive the historic riverfront of the city, the city of Maribor host a competition to design a 130 meter long footbridge for walking and cycling on the location of a demolished historic bridge.
Maribor in Slovenia is preparing to become the European Capital of Culture in 2012. Established along the banks of the Drava River, the city is using this opportunity to develop the riverside into a social and cultural focal point.
The Municipality of Maribor, in partnership with the Union of Architects of Maribor, the UIA and ZAPS, has awarded Family New York with the second prize of 20,000 EUR in the open international competition for the new Maribor Art Gallery in Slovenia.
Architecturally challenging was the restoration of the protected historic structure of. the ex army barracks area built in the 19th century which has served the military government in the past, and is intended to be used for art in the future providing exhibition, storage and office spaces.

SISKA Shopping Centre – Urban Design: the highly mixed district of SISKA on the northern edge of the Slovenian capital Ljubljana is in a process of transformation.
The building aims to affect the overall city scale, whilst confirming the primacy of the historic core. While the building clearly presents itself as a single entity, it also clearly reveals the programmatic elements it is composed of.
Kindergarten Ribnica is projected as a composition of two volumes connected by a glazed central space. This Slovenian nursery school building design by STUDIO 360 Architects is divided into four parts, regarding children’s age and construction phase plan.
Farewell Chapel Slovenia located in a village close to Ljubljana. The site plot is next to the existing cemetery. The chapel is cut into the rising landscape. Krasnja building design by Ofis Arhitekti: Slovenia religious architecture with polished concrete, larch wood, glass materials.

Kindergarten Ribnica, Slovenian nursery building design by Ofis Arhitekti: the plot of the building is a four-leaf clover from which each leaf represents one department with associated facilities.
The competition for new Ljubljana administration centre of 60.000m2. The brief proposed several departments to move to the same site but occupy different buildings.
The site plot is in the industrial area of Skofja Loka, Slovenia. Client bought the site in industrial zone together with constructional permit plans. The building dimensions are 35 x 22.5m and 11,50m in height.
This facility with 5340 square meters of office space is located in the district of BTC Ljubljana (the cities business, shopping, recreational and entertainment centre) at the edge of the former industrial complex with existing buildings characterized by large floor plans.
Portoroz is the leading sea-side tourist center in Slovenija, with many hotels, villas and residential areas. The whole territory is a gently rising hillside facing the south and the sea.
The hut is situated in a small Alpine village, part of Triglav national park with very strict rules of construction and architectural design. The client bought the site together with existing construction permit for the generic project.
