Architects: Populous. The Fisht Olympic Stadium is built in the new Sochi Olympic Park. It is located within walking distance of the Olympic Village and the capacity of the stadium will be 40,000. The vision of the Olympic Stadium, was to give the roof of the structure an appearance of snowy peaks, ensuring that it sits in harmony with the backdrop of the Imeretinskaya Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.

Design: (designed by) Erick van Egeraat. The artificial Federation Island is located in the Black Sea, near the city of Sochi – the host of 2014 Winter Olympics. Like the UAE ‘world’ project it relates to the outline of the Russian Federation, ie the coast line of Russia.
Sandy beaches, dunes, grasslands, bushes, small forests and riverside offer much variety for accommodation ranging from beach residences, luxury villas and apartments to dune, river and cliff houses.

The linear scheme of the buildings arrangement allowed to provide protection against wind from the Gulf of Finland. There are schools, kindergartens, sports and playgrounds in the yards.

The concept masterplan has been completed for The Mall of Baltia, Kaliningrad, design by Broadway Malyan, Architects, the first ‘super’ retail and leisure centre in the region of Kaliningrad, a seaport city and the administrative center of Kaliningrad Oblast, the Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic Sea.
