5 King is a high performance commercial building and the tallest engineered timber building in Australia. The 52 metre high tower development will also hold the title for the largest gross floor area for an engineered timber office building worldwide.
Design: Tony Owen Partners. Mooloolaba is a resort town on the southern coast of Queensland. It has expansive beaches and a laid back feel. The Breeze Apartments are located on the main beachfront promenade.
