Competing against 48 regional projects completed between January 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024, One Bear Mountain not only secured the Award of Excellence in the Multi-Family Condominium Category, but also earned the prestigious Judges’ Choice Award for Best Overall Entry.
This 18-storey architectural marvel—the first concrete condominium at Bear Mountain in 15 years — has been met with overwhelming demand, with fewer than 10% of residences remaining as of March 2025.
