TR-395 Apartments, Argentina

Together with Estudio Lanati, LMARQ designed TR-395 a residential building in a corner of Banfield Este, Province of Buenos Aires, facing the challenge of intervening in the process of densification of the City in an area with a strong neighborhood imprint.

As in all LMARQ’s projects, we prioritize the path of the sun, the possibility of having cross ventilation, functional spaces and good visuals to define the volume.

This is how we define a tower free from its relationship with the party walls, with a large edge perimeter that favors having the greatest possible relationship with the outside.

A plate in which the bedrooms and the dining room sector are located towards the front with balconies that escape towards the urban environment and the sanitary premises, technical balconies and circulation core and services towards the interior.

Proyectamos junto al Estudio Lanati, un edificio de viviendas en una esquina de Banfield Este, Provincia de Buenos Aires, enfrentando el desafío de intervenir en el proceso de densificación de la Ciudad en una zona con una fuerte impronta barrial.

Como en todos nuestros proyectos priorizamos para definir la volumetría el recorrido del sol, la posibilidad de tener ventilaciones cruzadas, espacios funcionales y con buenas visuales.

Es así como definimos una torre libre de su relación con las medianeras, con un gran perímetro de borde que favorece a tener la mayor relación con el exterior posible.

Una placa en la que se ubican los dormitorios y el sector de estar comedor hacia el frente con balcones que se fugan hacia el entorno urbano y los locales sanitarios, balcones técnicos y núcleo de circulación y servicios hacia el interior.
